December favorites

Here are some of our favorites from the busy month of December.

12/28/2010...Oh special day!

We have been waiting for 12/28/2010 all year and now that it's here, it's bitter sweet. Cash is no longer a little baby :( We can't believe our little monkey is 1!!
This year has flown by and we have loved every minute. Here are a few pictures from the birthday celebration, and while we are at it, Cash' stats from his 1 year check up:

27lbs 2 oz
33 inches tall
I believe both are 95%...BIG BOY!

First Christmas

Cash's first Christmas began with a visit to Santa. We were dressed in our best and ready to go, forged ahead through the 2.5 hour wait and when we got to the front of the line....you guessed it..MELTDOWN! Photo opp aside, Cash had a great first Christmas spending time with family and especially opening presents from Santa. The big guy did not disappoint!

Christmas with the Spurgeon's...sadly, we didn't realize that Cash was already in bed until it was time to take the picture. We attempted it again at Cash's birthday party, but Rick wasn't able to join us. We will get it right next year!

Zoo Round 2

We took Cash to the Houston Zoo when he was a wee babe, but had not been back since. You betcha on the first sign of a nice December day we headed straight for the Zoo Round 2! Cash had a great time watching all of the animals and riding the carousel and we plan to make it a regular family outing.
