2 months old

Cash turned 2 months old today, February 28. He is growing so much and learning new things daily. We can't believe how fast 2 months has flown by and we love him more and more each second.

To celebrate his 2 month birthday, we made rootbeer floats. YUM! Emily was able to join us for the festivities. Thanks, Em, for making it extra special!

I love Gymboree!

Cash took his first Gymboree class this Saturday and loved it! He was the youngest in the class, but he was not the smallest :) He loved all of the new songs and sounds and especially loved the bubbles! We can't wait to go back next Saturday.

Go Texan Day

Here in Houston, nothing is bigger than the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, and to kick it all off is "Go Texan Day"! Although we did not head to the Rodeo Cookoff or carnival, Cash did partake in dressing in his cowboy best. Yeehaw!!

A visit from Auntie Abby

Cash's Auntie Abby came to meet him for the first time last weekend. He was so excited to meet her. She drove all the way in from Dallas to squeeze on him. We had a great weekend and can't wait to see her again. Hopefully he will be able to meet Mimi and Uncle J soon too!
Thanks, Abby, for making the trip! We love you!

Perfect day for the ZOO!

We had the most beautiful weather in Houston today so we decided to take Cash on his first trip to the ZOO! He slept the entire time, but it was still great to get out and enjoy the day.

Check out the leopard just over Cash's shoulder!

Happy Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day from our little HUNK!

Just can't get enough!

We just can't get enough of our little man! Here are a few photos from February.

This is one of my most favorite things! I LOVE it when he rests his head on my shoulder and we just relax. :)

Just relaxing on his elephant

Hanging with his buds - the Atherton boys - Will and Andy. They thought Cash was a lot of fun :)

Tummy time is exhausting! He zonked out while in the middle of it!

Hanging out after bath time

I found my fist!

This week Cash started drooling a lot and sucking on his hand. At first we thought maybe he was teething early, but then we realized he was just looking for something to suck on. He found his fist and has been going to town on it! He looks so sweet and innocent. :)

Shake Rattle

Cash began clinching his fists a few weeks ago so we thought this was the perfect time to get down momma's sterling rattle from when she was a baby and see if he would grab on. We are proud to report that he's starting to get the hang of it! We just love this little boy!
