I love my chair!

We bought Cash this chair before he was born and thought it would be fun to take a picture of him in it every month on his birthday to see how much he has grown. Here are the first few shots we captured of him. We can't believe how much his looks have changed in just the first month! He gets more handsome every day.

1 Month Old!

Cash turned 1 month old yesterday on January 28! We can't believe how fast he's growing!!
To celebrate we made chocolate cupcakes and had some yummy chocolate milk! Momma and Daddy sure did enjoy the celebration - Cash is still too young to partake, but at the rate he's growing he'll be indulging in the cupcakes with us soon! Here are a few pictures of the celebration.

Trip to the Park

We took Cash for a walk to the park when we were having the nice Spring-like weather here in Houston. He loved it! He admired the play ground from afar and can't wait until he's big enough to run and play with his friends; although momma and daddy want him to stay little for a while longer :)

First play date with the boys!

Cash had his first play date with his "cousins" Will and Andy Atherton and Husdon Mouton. They all had a great time and we were able to get a picture of the mommy's and their boys and the daddy's and their little men. There was a lot of excitement and energy throughout the evening and we are looking forward to our next get together when we will have the addition of Adelei Mouton.

Cash's first Longhorn football game

Last night we watch the Texas Longhorns play in the Rose Bowl for the National Championship. This was Cash's first Longhorn football game! Such an exciting time for Daddy, although it broke Mommy's heart to dress Cash in burnt orange....He did look awfully cute though! Sadly, the Horns came up short...maybe next year boys.

I think Cash feels more comfortable in maroon. Hopefully the Aggies will have a better year in 2010 and we can cheer them on in the National Championship game! Whoop! :)

1 Week Check Up

We went to see Cash's pediatrician on Monday for his 1 week check up. He did great, of course! He's a growing boy and has changed so much in just 1 week. Here are some of his stats.
Weight - 7 lbs 14 oz, 50%
Height - 20 inches, 50%-75%
Head Circumference - 36 inches, 50%

Here he is anxiously waiting to go up the elevator to see Dr. Miller...

Waiting in the doctors office...

Bath time

We are so lucky to have such a good baby! He pretty much eats and sleeps and looks around at his new surroundings, and he RARELY cries. He doesn't even cry at bath-time!
Here are a few pics of his second bath. He did great!

All that bath time tires him out! Time for bed...

Frown, smile, smile

Here's a video of our sweet baby boy. This was his first time sitting in his car seat carrier. We had to safety test it before leaving the hospital. Although he was a bit hesitant at first, he eventually gave it is his approval. :)

Happy New Year!

2009 was a great year for the Clarks! We got married in February and had our baby boy on December 28. It's going to be a tough year to beat, but we know that with Cash it will be action packed and full of fun.

Even though Cash was just a few days old, he wanted to ring in the new year in style. Here he is in his flashy duds!

Cash James Clark

Cash James Clark arrived happy and healthy on Monday, December 28, 2009! He was 7 pounds 9.3 ounces and 20 inches long - simply perfect! He is so sweet and is a true blessing. We are blessed to have him as part of our family and love him more and more every minute.
Our plan is to update this blog periodically to keep everyone informed on how Cash is growing and developing. Please check back often to see how our little man is doing.
